52nd IFTDO World Congress & Exhibition
Ā December 8th - 10th, 2026 |Ā Kingdom of Bahrain
The Kingdom of Bahrain will proudly host the global talents and development community at Exhibition World Bahrain in Sakhir.
Our guiding theme, "Leadership Harmony, Innovation, and Sustainability Through People," is a deliberate call to action. True leadership transcends the simple management of teams; it is the profound responsibility of building resilient, empowered communities through a servant leadership approach. It requires us to move beyond fragmented growth and instead forge a harmonious integration of human potential, cutting-edge innovation, and sustainable practices. Our ultimate goal is to firmly maintain the institutional cultures that allow talent to genuinely thrive in a rapidly shifting world.
To bring this vision to life, we have reimagined the traditional conference format into an integrated IFTDO52X Series, structured carefully across Three Signature Days:
- The Symphony: Our first day will set the tone by focusing on relationship-led engagement, workplace coherence, and showcasing "Harmony in Practice".
- Champions Success: The second day will pivot toward measurable success, emphasizing performance, governance, and leadership execution.
- Ideas Worth Spreading: We will conclude by exploring future-facing ideas and translating them directly into actionable prototypes and real-world tools.
Running seamlessly alongside these days is our inaugural associated exhibition, the Festival of Work. This is not a generic vendor hall, but a curated marketplace of ideas, tools, and applied practices.
The Festival of Work will bridge the gap between theory and action by featuring dynamic live shows, performances, and high-quality live production elements. Furthermore, delegates will actively engage in a structured programme of both open and closed workshops designed for real learning outcomes. These will range from deep-dive masterclasses with limited seating and invitation-led, small-group roundtables, to hands-on skills sprints designed for broader, open participation.
